I recharged my Dish TV on time yesterday through Dish TV website, but due to their internal problem they took my money but the recharge did not go through. Now they are continuously asking me to wait even though I have shared every transaction detail with them. This is not the first time I am facing such an issue with Dish TV. It is high time that they start treating their customers professionally. There need to be some regulation that bind them with SLA other wise they are doing whatever they want.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
