It's not a matter of INR***. Zomato is clearly giving differential treatment to customers who regularly complain about their services, or customers who do not order often (I'm assuming because they have not told me why this is happening). They recently started inter-city services. My husband ordered and received a flat *** off (he is not a new user). When I tried to do the same, i could see none of the coupons my husband could. I checked through multiple family and friends, everyone could see the coupons. I even entered the same address through them, and looked up the same meal order. I have been writing and tweeting to Zomato and they keep telling me someone will reach out but noone has done that in two days. The only difference my complaints made was that I could see SOME of the coupons which I could not see earlier.....but these were still not the flat ***/- off on the first order. They have not informed me why and their terms and conditions do not state anything about only few users getting the benefit. The chat customer support also keeps differing in their response (one said i have used the offer, one said it's only for new users which was not true). And eventually they say they also are unaware and i should write to Zomato again. So I'm basically running in circles unable to understand this difference of treatment.
