I had taken Out station ride from Mumbai to Pune in emergency as a sudden death happened in family with OLA Money (Which i am using very frequently) while reached in pune. figure have shown to driver handset and driver demand a cash since he dint have other digital payment method, after some time money has deducted from ola money wallet, immediately i have informed about situation through app and through call to OLA customer care. since month passed i am continuously calling OLA and emailing them to resolve issue but they listen it and simply ignore, now they are harassing me with continuous IVR call I have no option than to pay double payment, they were not even replying on emails, only harassing with whatsup massages and IVR calls , what action should I take Please suggest
