Ashray filed complaint against OYO on Mar 23, 2024
I had a recent booking and i wanted to file a complaint about it. Booking id- DIV*****. The room we received was absolutely dirty, the sheets were not cleaned, AC wasn't working and the washroom had leakage. On top of that the receptionist falsely gave a * star rating using my phone without even telling me. I want swift action taken against the hotel. I contacted oyo customer care and they are only going to refund **% amount that too in my oyo wallet which is of no use as i won't be using their services again. I asked for refund into my source account and they denied my request.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
