Ashray filed complaint against OYO on Mar 23, 2024
I had a recent booking and i wanted to file a complaint about it. The room we received was absolutely dirty, the sheets were not cleaned, AC wasn't working and the washroom had leakage. On top of that the receptionist falsely gave a * star rating using my phone without even telling me. I want swift action taken against the hotel.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
