- Different amount refunded than what showed in website Closed
During cancellation of my flight ticket the website shows I will get refund around ***** then I confirmed the cancellation. However after a day I received email and call from makemytrip claiming I will receive *****. When I checked woth the customer care initially they claim due to new GST and their website have technical problem so they appologies for the same. But I was so strong that what ever amount that is confirmed with me during the cancellation should be refunded, I might not even cancelled the ticket if I know I would loose additional **** rupees.
I had only print save as pdf file which don't have logo so they say they need proof. Initially they accepted and now they claim they need screen shot.
