Hello Zoomcar team. This Is A last time I'm saying you that I booked a car with this registered email address. I have paid the amount on **/**/**** with registered number **********. And now you are saying that you don't have car availability , So what you did with my money Last ** - ** days. And I got a call from your zap team and they said we don't have car availability. What the shit is going on!!
Are you joking with someone's emotions or is this the way you treat your customers. I'm will complaint on your zap and zoomcar in * days if the amount will not refund. I want refund of **,*** amount of the registered email Id vjreddy***@gmail.com. And there is another Registered I'D ********** in this also we have paid **,*** amount On **/**/****.
Total amount we want is **,*** this is the total amount that we want on tomorrow only. Because we don't have cash in this lockdown and we are going to be arrange another vehicle to travel so we don't have cash for that so please refund me tomorrow only I don't want wait now. Already you have taken our cash *-* weeks and now we can't wait. We need cash we are going tomorrow and we don't have money otherwise I will going to be complaint on your company.
I am not warning you I'm requesting you Because itz all about my grandmother she is in last stage. So please. Make the refund as soon as possible in * days.
