I have orderedCanon Pixma PG-** Ink Cartridge (****B***AE, Black) on *th july .( via Credit Card) payment was successful. It was debited from my account but i realized i ordered black cartridge instead of colour cartridge i immediately canceled the order so that i can reorder colour cartridge when i get my refund. I contacted the customer service how will i get my refund because they didn't asked for bank details to transfer the refund amount or neither has a wallet system like other websites do so the customer service person said they initiated
the refund and and will not require any bank details for refund somehow. It been ** days i have contacted the customer service * times still not resolved. Everytime i contact them they say someone will contact me within ** hours but nobody does. It was my first order and last one too. I will never let any of my friends and family order from this site. I only trusted this company because it's a TATA subsidiary, i disappointed with tata also.
This is worst experience.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
