Travolook - Didn t receive the refund

I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Kolkata and way back. After a while (i.e. **-**mins) I received a call from their executive stating that the flight fares has been increased but that wasn't true. They asked me to pay Rs.**** if I want the ticket to get confirmed. I denied and asked them to cancel and initiate the refund. It's been more than ** days but I didn't receive the refund. I tried reaching out to them but they are stating that they have initiated the amount the same day and there is some issue from my bank's end.
