I have given my dizo R talk smart watch to service center last year till today I didn't get any reply or mail from the company and service center. They are telling that product has been sent to company for returning new one. Since * year they telling the same thing that they didn't get my product from company. Soo please help me to get my watch back. Cause I don't want to waste my money. It is very difficult to loose money without our fault. And it is not small amount of middle class family to bare. Requesting to settle my issue sir/ mam. Thank you
