Flipkart - Didn t get any refund

Ordered a moto g** *g phone from Flipkart in big billion days and paid through sbi debit card . After waiting for couple of days the product description showed it still wasn't shipped so I cancelled it should have gotten the refund before **th October but didn't get any refund in my bank account. Called the Flipkart customer care they told me to give them a bank account statement send them the bank account statement now they're saying they have already sent the money and the bank is at fault went to the bank branch but there's no problem(According to bank employee)
