I made a booking from OYO mobile app on **th March **** from my uncle mobile number. While paying the charges the app shows the error of unsuccessful transaction but the amount is deducted from my account. When I reached the hotel in Laxmi Nagar OYO ***** HOTEL GLANCE INN they told me that my booking is not confirmed. I should search for some other hotel manually and they told me to visit some other hotel. So I have found some other hotel because I don't have any option. Then I called OYO's customer support to know the details of the amount which is deducted from my account. They told me that I checked-in in the hotel and staying in the room. After making many call to OYO's customer executive, one of their executives told me that she had done NOSO to my check-in status and my amount is refunded in my account within * to ** days. Today is the **th day but their executive not providing me with any specific details. Even they hold my call for ** to ** minutes. Very bad response from customer support I want my amount back. Help me to resolve the problem.
