Hi I am Jai I had my ticket on **th March **** from Yatra, Due to lockdown in India my ticket got canceled. I did try to cancel my ticket manually but I was unable to do that. I did email and calls to Yatra they said we don't have any information on your refund Once your airline company will provide any refund you will get that money back.
It has been more than * Month any they did not refunded my Money.
My booking Id is[protected] My ticket was from Dallas to New Delhi.
Please help me to get my money back I am still waiting for that and my credit card company is calling me everyday to pay that money, I don't have money to pay them.
Please help me.
