Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to inform you that, I was booked my Air Ticket through Travolook.in website with Booked REF********* on **.**.**. But unfortunately the ticket has been cancelled by Airlines.
On same day I got a e-mail from travolook.in for will be refund the amount some of Rs. **** shortly.
After that, I have sent e-mail & call to helpline time to time continues for my refund.
But they are still not interested to return the refundable amount to my account or wallet.
So, you are humble request to kindly take the necessary action against the complaint & recover my refund amount please.
