I had ordered from myprotein India two times and both the times they cancelled my order from there side due to some reason. I was told through an email that 'if any amount been deducted, it will be refunded back to you within ** to ** working days. But it has been a month now and I have not received a single penny from them. I have been writing hundreds of email to get my money back but every time they send an AUTOMATED RESPONSE and tell me we have taken in your complaint and will get back to you in * to * days. Months have been passed and I have got no assistance till now. Its my hard earned money and I cannot bear to lose it.
