Background:
- Purchase: Axor Rage Helmet, acquired on January *, ****.
- Delivery: Received on January **th.
- Return Request: Initiated due to sizing issues, in accordance with Amazon's return policy.
**Issue:**
- Delayed Refund: Subsequent to the return request, no refund updates were received for an extended period.
- Amazon's Initial Response: After contacting Amazon customer support, they stated that the return was in transit and assured a refund within a few days.
- Unexpected Development: A few days later, Amazon reversed their stance, claiming they had mistakenly sent a different local product and consequently refused to initiate the return process.
- Contradictory Policies: Amazon's return policy explicitly states that the delivery person is responsible for verifying the contents of the returned package. Given this, it is perplexing that the delivery person did not identify the product discrepancy.
Actions Taken:
- Raised Complaint: Requested Amazon to formally register a complaint regarding this issue.
- Request for Evidence: Demanded proof of the 'investigation' they purportedly conducted.
-contacted national consumer helpline, still no satisfactory response from amazon.
- Ongoing Contact: Despite multiple email communications and phone calls, Amazon has not provided a satisfactory resolution. Instead, their responses have been inconsistent and inconclusive.

- Violation of Own Policy: Amazon's contradictory actions and disregard for their own policy on return inspections by delivery personnel further compound the issue.
