Hi,
Booked flight ticket from https://www.travolook.in/ on *rd June where my travel date was **th June from Bangalore to Hyderabad. I was deducted of Rs.****/ from my credit card, however the ticket did not get confirmed. Even after continuous follow with customer service on ****-***-****. They are giving false promise till date that next *-* working day and those days are never coming.
Request if you could in this matter for my refund. Thanks and Regards,
