Have booked the OYO Hotel Gangotri in the name Krishna Hazra. HOWEVER EVEN AFTER PAYING THE ENTIRE AMOUNT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION.
IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE AGODA CUSTOMER CARE.
IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE HOTEL AS WELL.
FOR YOUR REFERENCE ATTACHING THE COPY OF THE DEDUCTED AMOUNT BY AGODA COM.
