- Did not provided flight details correctly and i suffered mentally Open
I have booking my flight tickets on **th of October **** via make my trip from (Chennai to Melbourne) Qantas airways and my booking id is NN*************) and the travel date was **nd October ****.
Chennai to Melbourne it was a connecting flight via Singapore, we have almost * to ** hours stay in Singapore based on tickets me and my wife planned for * day tour in Singapore and want to make some memories but due to make my trip miscommunication my plan flop and I suffered mentally.
On **nd of oct we have a flight from Chennai to Singapore via Qantas airways what make my trip people mention on tickets please have a look on tickets for evidence, we reached to airport *hours before starting flight start looking for Qantas airways almost we wasted ** minutes by searching for Qantas airways, after that someone helped on airport that Chennai airport will not directly deal with Qantas airways it might me jet airways, by the time I reach to jet airways counter still *:** hr left to take off flight but they refused to check in because we are just ** min late, how come? No seats available it is not like first come first serve right, we paid almost more than ** thousand and start requesting that people to allow for check-in, I don’t want my plan should go waste for that purpose I pleased them but no result, finally that jet airways counter person said that our names is not there in the list, I surprised how come they will do a blunder mistake, I started calling make my trip customer care the solution I got from them is it is Qantas airways only and the Chennai airport clearly said we directly don’t deal with Qantas then where is the flight and I keep calling make my trip people, I mentally disturbed i paid more than ** thousand for nothing and simply make my trip people said after ** hours they will come up with solution what I should do in airport for ** hours, simply he answered if you want to travel now please book another tickets and go we are helpless.
My flight was their at mid night * clock and seriously they harassed me mentally it was my first international trip with my wife I planned we planned so much but on airport itself everything vanished, just by seeing my situation jet airways said we will try to do something other side makemytrip simply hands up in the name of ** hours,
Finally jet airways arranged a ticket for me from Chennai to Singapore but the flight is indigo at morning * clock, I booked a good flight by spending more money for amenities with food and in indigo we don’t even get a glass of water, why I should pay that much amount when I didn’t get all services what I paid for and from ** clock to till morning * clock I was mentally disturbed with tension don’t know I can travel or not.
After reaching Singapore again I should collect my luggage and check in with Qantas airways due to that my plan disturbed I cannot use * day tour in Singapore what I planned for and I faced mental torture.
From Chennai to Singapore I didn’t use the services what I paid for then why I should pay that complete amount and I placed complain to make my trip after * week or * weeks they get back to me though I’m not satisfy with their solution simply I got a mail from them issue resolved for evidence I have attached email screen short with dates.
Makemytrip offered me **** to ****rs voucher, why I should take voucher after facing this type of experience how can I use their services again after baring that torture, im looking for some ex amount of refund not in the form of voucher, I told them im going to raise complaint against them in forum still they don’t care and keep saying we can give only voucher that’s it.
I kindly request for the forums please take an action against make my trip and do justification for me, I came to forum with lot of expectations please do something and today what happen with me they should not repeat with others.
i unable to attach all the evidence please do let me know how can i provide all evidence.
