I ordered a mi*a ** cm tv on **/**/** which was delivered on **/*/** and on **/*/** the technician from jeeves came for installation but during installation the tv came out defective and the tv didn't turn on . Then the Jeeves technician who came said the TV was dead and had to be replaced. I then requested a replacement at Flipkart. My return was supposed to be approved today on **/*/** but till now no step has been taken by Flipkart. Please replace my TV as soon as possible
