I booked * hotels One in Goa (TICLO RESORT) for **th of December and then canceled it and again booked the hotel in panchkula (Hotel Bella Vista) and cancelled it.
The app showed that I the refund has been processed and I will get refund around *th - **th december,****
But I didn’t received it. I had a word with customer care for three days consecutively and they keep putting me on hold for hours none of them is helping meh every one is saying that after **hours you’ll get a call back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
