I availed nobroker property management services (CPBAN*****) for my flat in Bangalore and I got a tenant who moved in on ** Dec ****.The tenant has paid the deposit and the rent to nobroker but nobroker is not transferring it to me despite numerous follow ups.
Every time I send a mail to the property manager Shiksha, I get a standard reply that the transfer is initiated and I will get the amount on Monday or Wednesday.
This is simply cheating with the customers by giving commitment for something and then not fulfilling it.
Have attached the screenshots of the numerous emails I got from the property manager.
