I had purchased subscription from Shaadi.com and it was clearly mentioned that if you don't find a match with in ** days of subscription I will be refunded the whole amount of ₹****/- .
After completing i registered my complaint to customer care of shaadi.com then he firstly denied by saying that you need to send request to atleast ten members .Against this,I have told him that I have send the request to over ** members of my choice but doesn't get respond.
Then he changed by saying that refund is not applicable in ** days membership. Instead of helping and issuing refund they started making excuses by denying refund..
Now I m issuing this complaint so that other person might not suffer from the lure of REFUND shown during taking membership..
Thats complete westage of money seeking any kind of help from this Matrimonial site.
