It's not the first time I have been denied a room after confirmed booking. Last month I went to Pithoragarh and I booked hotels with Oyo. After reaching the hotel I was told there is no room available. I booked a room at * more hotels but they also denied to open. I spent the whole night in the open shivering and had no place to go.
Yesterday the same thing happened. I was in Haldwani and booked a room. When I reached there they told me they haven't received my booking and denied to provide room. The customer care even said that it wasn't their problem.
I am just fed up with this fraud company. I am in shock how there is no action being taken against such a fraud company which has cost me so much time and effort.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
