I ordered realme headphones in on **/**/****. Now the one bud is not working. There no no damage from outside. The bud wire is rolled inside that is not my fault. It is has two layers so the internal layer is rolled. The service centre denied my repair request it only * month . It has * year warranty. They say it is not in the same way we give it. If it is internally happens that is companies fault. So I please repair or replace my realme buds wireless Neo * neo
