As per Flipkart exchange program. Old product should not have cracks as per their exchange policy. But they are not exchanging my old product which has minor scratches since it's few years old handset. And as per terms and conditions my old phone is eligible for exchange. But they are simply rejecting to exchange citing reasons that scratches are there. In term and conditions there is no mention of scratches.
