Kamal majethia filed complaint against Air India on May 19, 2023
We (total six members) had a flight from bengaluru to New delhi on **th april**** at *.** through flight no AI*** with pnr no *N*TVP. we all reached on time and a valid boarding pass had issued to us but we were denied boarding but the rest of the passengers were allowed to do so it seems like the flight was overbooked as usual happen in these cases.
The next alternate flight which was arranged was *hours afterwards and the DGCA rules clearly states that compensation should be provided if the flight had not arranged within one hour.
I contacted the airlines through emails and they are denying for compensation and saying that arranging next flight in the all compensation rules laid down by DGCA.
So kindly looked on to my case
