Hello My Name is Gaurav From Patna,Bihar.
I bought a new laptop from dell exclusive store on **th march **** at emi, after one day laptop stops working and after sometime laptop charger and laptop battery is not working. i call to dealer
then dealer told me to go once in service center. service center is saying that to replace whole motherboard. so think once if motherboard is changing after one day of laptop purchase, then dell must have to replace that model, and when i say dealer to replace my model then he is saying they will not change at any cost. again i call dell online support then dell support is saying dealer must have to replace your laptop but dealer is not ready for replacement.
So i raised my this case to consumer forum so look into this matter and solve the issue,

I have all call recording of dealer,service center and dell online support. i am not going to job from * days only because of this. salary is deducting for these days, so who is responsible for this???
