I bought G** **** laptop in the USA. I moved to India. The warranty has been transferred from the USA to India. It is within the warranty period. The laptop does not turn on. I contacted Dell. Dell customer service center says the motherboard needs to be replaced, and I have to pay Rs **,*** towards the repair. The laptop is within the warranty period. Dell says the first service is chargeable. I requested Dell to send me the warranty agreement and requested them to point me a clause where it says first service is chargeable.
