I had ordered two phone covers from ShopOnCliq worth INR ***. They were going to be delivered by Delhivery. The Delhivery website now shows DELIVERED status when I try to track my order. But I haven't received my order yet. Neither did I get any call or OTP from the delivery agent regarding the same. Delhivery is such a fraud and useless service ......it always disappoints.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
