Deepak Bangera filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 10, 2020
I had ordered a TV on oct **th **** with full payment done at time of purchase,I was assured delivery date of **th Oct , I have been following up since then and not getting any clear response from them. Their customer care is calling up and asking me to cancel the item and order again , but I have purchased at ***** and now price is *****. I strongly believe this is exactly the reason they are not delivering the product . If Flipkart dont want to sell product at that price they should have not listed that in first place .If you have listed and the customer had already paid, you cant use cheap gimmicks like delaying the order so that the customer is frustrated and cancel the order .
