I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue I have been facing with one of your delivery personnel, Mr. Raju Sardar, whose phone number is ***********. I am an avid customer of Meesho, and while I appreciate the convenience and variety of products your platform offers, I have recently encountered multiple instances of unsatisfactory service due to Mr. Raju Sardar's inefficiency.
Over the past few weeks, I have placed several orders through the Meesho platform, and unfortunately, Mr. Raju Sardar has been assigned to deliver most of them. To my dismay, he has canceled numerous orders without any valid reason or prior notice. This has caused immense inconvenience as I had planned gifts for my family and friends on special occasions, only to be disappointed by the cancellations.
The cancellations have led to delays and disruptions in receiving the ordered items, forcing me to seek alternatives at the last moment. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed that such service issues persist, as it not only affects my trust in the brand but also impacts my overall shopping experience.
I believe Meesho values its customers and strives for excellence in customer service. Therefore, I kindly request you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. Ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery service is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
I suggest conducting a thorough review of Mr. Raju Sardar's delivery performance and implementing necessary measures, such as additional training or reassignment if needed, to prevent such incidents in the future.
