I ordered a product from Flipkart on */**/**** and was scheduled to get delivery on */**/****. Today is **/**/**** and I still haven't received my product which is being delivered by Ekart Logistics!
My product has been received and staying at nearest hub to my location for the last * days and still they are delaying the delivery!
I am frustrated, disgusted and flabbergasted on how any delivery service company can be so lazy, unresponsive, unresponsible and unprofessional!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
