Kishore filed complaint against Ekart and Flipkart on Jun 12, 2025
I was not at home at the time of delivery. The delivery partner asked for OTP and so I provided by trusting him but didn't deliver the order. I tried reaching out to Flipkart but it was of no use. They didn't even try to reach to courier service or delivery partner. I want some action to be taken or else more people will suffer like this
