Ekart and Flipkart - Technical error while delivering order in their system

Issue with delivery of the order. I had faced issue with shipment id :FMPP**********.The eKart hub unable to deliver my order due to technical error in the system. The Error=Shipnent Id:FMPP********** is hand in hand without Replacement Shipment mapping.
Due to technical issue the eKart postponed the delivery and seller has cancelled the order.Im reporting this to the technical team.
Please resolve as soon as possible.Thank you.
