I had placed an order that is candy melts lip balm, pack of * (one is red velvet love and another one is Berry feast) which is of ₹***. Orders when payed through COD will get delivered soon whereas orders payed through online takes much longer time than expected. I had to get my package on **-**-**** but it got delayed and I got a message that they are going to deliver it on **-**-****
That's * days delay. It is very disappointing
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
