Jio Mart Reliance Retail - Delivery damage product now they are not pickup the product

I have placed an order (reconnect cooler) from Jio Mart app, On **th March my order got delivered (order ID *****************W). In the box itself it was written as 'damage product return' and when the Jio technician opened the box it was confirmed the product was damaged. So,I raised a return request with Id ************ on **th March. I Was asked by your Jio team to wait for * days and the product will definitely get picked, after * days that i have made multiple calls but every time they assure me you will get a resolution within **hrs and they commit by **april they will do picked up . In between on *th april i received a call from Abhay Raj (Jio service technician) the same guy who opened the box and can be seen in the video too. He confirmed to me that he will update their system as a damaged product and soon your product will be picked up (refer to the recording). When I called today ** april I was given the same assurance that it will be resolved in ** hrs, the same story repeats. Could you please help me out in this regard and get my money back.
