Your order ******** is confirmed- was the message after payment of **** was made on **.**.**** at around *.**pm. We were expecting the order on **.**.**** and there were * messages to my mobile number stating the order will be delivered. Today at * pm I had a call from Ferns N petals stating that they will not be able to deliver the order and it needs to be cancelled. They stated Corona lockdown as the reason for not able to deliver but the website before placing order checks pincode for delivery possibility and later suggests which cake can be delivered when. When asking the customer care executive he mentioned that no shops are open and its a fault with the website. It was a order for my daughters birthday and we are highly disappointed since its too late to buy a cake and candles since all shops are shut oafter *pm as per lockdown rules.
