This complaint is regarding order no **********
Delivery executive came to deliver and my sister made payment through upi for rs***/-
But it was in processing so she gave cash of rs ***/-...and delivery boy assured that he will return cash if transaction through upi gets successful...
When he left the premises... The upi transaction went successful... Delivery boy confirmed that on call as well... But since then its more than ** hours and he has not returned money paid in cash
