I had ordered a peach color Georgette with embroidery sequence suit (* piece) on ** july **** they assured the delivery within *-* days but after so much of struggle I got the parcel on **th August ****. But the moment I opened the packet left me shocked as the quality of the product was so cheap and even it's chunni was completely different fromwhat they had shown in their catalogue. I texted them with details asking for refund process but they sent me the tracking details in return which they did not provide when I asked so many times.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
