Hello,
I purchased this item from Zara online app, for which they gave me the estimated delivery date between **-** January. And I received my parcel on ** itself. But they had not updated the delivery status online, and it still says the same that it has not been delivered. On the other hand, i want to return the product, and I cannot untill they change the delivery status online. I have called them several times and everyone has said the same that wait for **-** hours. * days have passed and still no update. I’m done with them. So frustrated by their services..
