- Delivered stale food Open
I have been sent stale food from Juno's Pizza in Thane through swiggy. I had ordered a Mexican pizza during their happy hours. I was feeling very hungry and fatigued. When I received the pizza I smelled it and it was very bad, and it tasted sour as well. I asked for replacement of food from swiggy. They rejected it and said they have sent feedback to the concerned team. I asked for a refund they gave the same answer. I lost money as well as suffered from severe hunger and dizziness. I want my refund now as it's high time I can't let these things go away.
