I have ordered a meal for one of my friend through swiggy on Order ID: ************
Ordered Meal was totally spoiled as rider had met with an accident while delivering the order .And it was messed up as beverage in d meal spilled in everything .So when i contacted swiggy support team they said it's not there fault and told packing is responsibility of the restaurant but i totally deny it because restaurant had packed it well as the rider met with accident bcoz of carelessly driving so the fault goes to swiggy as rider is appointed by swiggy but for this i have to write up a mail to swiggy support team still i got no response .it is not matter of ***/- but the kind of service they provide should be justified and taken the point to consideration about analysing the fault rightly .
