This is Ahbab Zameer, writing from Bareilly Uttar Pradesh regarding my device SN - PF*G*RE*
I ordered on Lenovo.com and the machine delivered me successfully and I started using and it takes more than * minutes to open/boot so I thought its first time that's why It is taking long time so I ignored, but i was having hanging and slow speed issue too while using only common software like WPS and Chrom, I ignored it as using the first day.
But I raised a complaint and where one executive helped me remotely and assured me for the problem will be solved.
Again after * days I faced same issues so I raised complaint and this time one of your executive take long notes and file the escalation and asked for ** hours to get resolved my issues but issues was same.
After that when I called on the same number of your premium support they disconnected my call * times after communicating me after ** minutes.
finally one of your executive Name Wasit or Vasit helped me a lot wth my all doubts with reference number - **********
Final Words :- As i invest my hard money to purchase Lenovo brand machine as per my expectation, this machine not working like so i do not want to use this and do whatever you can and solve my issues.
i invested a big amount so kindly consider on my issue and try to resolve it on priority.
Because I don't have much need to check your machine after delivery, I ordered a very reputed company's product and I cannot think about wrong that I may get bad product so I didn't raise complaint I just requested to get resolved by your executive and they did.
When Your Engineer Visited on * April :-
Today your engineer visited at my home, he shocked to know the time taken by laptop while opening/booting. And having issues in Graphic card and Machine as I was observing your engineer while diagnosing the machine.
I asked him, hope you are confirmed that you delivered me a faulty machine and I may raised a legal action against Lenovo and employees whoever I communicated over chat or call, he said you can take it's your right but I cannot assist more regarding the same so connect with customer care team they will do best for you.
When your team didn't respond:-
After raising new Complaint you came to know, how you people are working it showed.
As per your guidelines, if Customer raised issue within * days, you should have initiate DOA as I followed it but your team is considering on * April.
Please tell me who is the person in this country willl check quality of a reputed company and will raise the Complaint within * days but I do still you people are not understanding.

Why you are wasting your time brother when you are not authorised and already understood about my issue.

I don't have any time to communicate with you, recently I talked with your executive who confirmed I'm eligible for I requested, because I raised complaint on ** feb which comes under * days after delivery.
I was going to raise complaint but one your executive helped me to write a mail to get assistance from Lenovo.
When you denied for Replacement,refund or compensation:-
Hope you read above story what I faced by Lenovo and I would like to tell you that I never wanted to compromised with my machine so before purchasing any company's machine I researched very much on google and came to make decision for Lenovo L*** i*, and I was having multiple platforms where I do shopping usually where I was getting very much discount and cashback offer than Lenovo.com but I don't want to compromised with quality so I purchased this laptop directly from Lenovo.com because previously I have bad and worst experience with Dell who harrassed me more than one and half year after that they issue my refund.
So I don't waste my time and want peaceful resolution because I know I'm not wrong and as per guidelines of lenovo I'm eligible for DOA but still I don't want to go if it could by peacefully.
Again your executive denied after taking invoice:-
Why you people are irritating me to write here, when one of your executive confirmed that I am coming under DOA service as I raised my issue within * working days.
And listen how can you deliver a defected product to customer.
Your executive confirmed this issue occured by manufacturer not by customer and graphic card also not working in this machine how you'll react I don't know but I'll definately do whatever I can.
I will never want to create issue and get into the court but you People and your forcing me and Your behaviour is not toleratable .
What I loose by Lenovo
I lose my clients through which I was getting **k of multiple projects, financially as well psychologically.
What I want by lenovo-
I don't want more from Lenovo,
