This company is a partner to Flipkart and is responsible for delivering and sending technicians to set up appliances like TV etc. I had purchased a TV more than a week back. After delivering the TV, they kept sending SMS that the technician will come for set up and I kept on waiting. Till now the transaction is not complete and I am not sure if they are purposefully doing this for a damaged TV. Once they delay it enough which is beyond the return period, I can not return a defective product back. This is my anticipation and getting stronger day by day as they kept delaying the installation.
