My shipment of sbi credit card which has been dispatched on **th Dec ****,
Thru delhivery courier service. I was waiting big time being at home to receive it, from **th Dec **** I started to follow up with those people and always they have told me request has been raised within **hrs it will be deliver, but I believe Indian standard time has been changed big time, its been now *rd Jan **** I didn't receive any shipment. On **st of Dec I've got a message from delhivery company that my shipment has been delivered, but physically I didn't receive. When tried to spoke to customer care besides apology they can't do anything. I want my shipment plus compensation as I faced financial issues because of delay.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
