I had placed an order from Samsung for a fridge which was supposed to be delivered on the **th of November. Since then it's been * days and everytime I call the customer support I get the same scripted response saying it will be delivered today. It has been * days and none of their social media handles respond to my query. The only way to reach a human speaking customer support is to go through their stupid IVR and then relay the same information about the issue. It's not a simple envelope that I can just go to their warehouse and collect. It's a fridge!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
