I trusted my things with Delhivery services from pune to delhi, they took my box on * dec **** and said it will be delivered in *-* days, the tracking app showing it got delivered but my friend didn’t received any thing from them, they’re not even playing my complaint on their app not even on email, am i even gonna get my things back or not they’re really important for us.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
