A person used to live who was his customer.he left my house. but his outer empty connection box with wire was not taken.In january one of his technicians came and took internal parts of box and told technician will come and take in *-* days. but *-* months happened no action taken. I had informed to higher authorities but no action taken. even the staff of company is refusing to lift my phone. on last saturday i was given guarentee that a man will come and take that empty box. but today he is not even lifting the call. I am irritated and confused. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
