Hdfc Ergo General Insurance Company Ltd - Delayed in claim process

My car no CG**CT**** was insured from HDFC ERGO by policy no-**************** and the same got an accident on ** oct. **** whose claim no is C************. Claim process of company was very slow. After getting advice i reached to insurance ombudsman in January. My complaint successfully lodged in ombudsman by complaint number NOI-***-****-****. But the same delaying procedure getting start here. My complaint was delaying in procedure. Now, my claim officer of hdfc ergo tells me that my case is in ombudsman and now ombudsman will decide your claim, we are no more authorise. When ever, i go to ombudsman office Noida, they describe me that they have no any permanent judge to hearing the complaints. It s more than * months when i lodged my complaint to Ombudsman but still there is no hope of proceeding on my complaint for next many months. Please help me to overcome me from this situation.
